The ISSHOOs Recommendations have been developed for use in health research.
For ease of application, the ISSHOOs datasets have been set up for use in REDCap and Qualtrics:

Step 1: Download the REDCap Instrument (ZIP file):

Step 2: Import into Your REDCap Project
Note: This REDCap instrument has been tested on REDCap version 15.5.9. Minor formatting differences may occur depending on your institution’s REDCap setup.
- Log in to REDCap (e.g. through your university, hospital, or research institute).
- Create a New Project or open an existing one.
- Go to Project Setup → Design your data collection instruments & enable your surveys.
- Under Online Designer, select Upload Instrument.
- Upload the ZIP file you downloaded in Step 1.
- ISSHOOs Set A will now appear as a data collection instrument in your project
Note: This REDCap instrument has been tested on REDCap version 15.5.9. Minor formatting differences may occur depending on your institution’s REDCap setup.
Step 2: Import into your Qualtrics Project
- Log in to Qualtrics
- Click Create Project → From a File.
- Upload the .qsf file.
